Vitamin B1 - Helps your body to make energy from the food you eat.

Vitamin B2 - Helps your body make energy from food. Also helps maintain healthy function of your eyes, skin, liver, muscles and nerves. Also assists hormones to be produced in the adrenal glands.

Vitamin B3 - Needed for mental health as well as digestive and skin health. On top of this B3 or niacin is responsible for helping over 200 enzyme reactions in your body take place.

Vitamin B5 - Helps you to make energy from the food you eat. Also needed to make red blood cells, steroids, stress hormones and neurotransmitters which help send messages throughout your body.

Vitamin B6 - Needed for brain development in children. B6 helps make two important hormones serotonin which is linked to mood and norepinephrine which is a stress hormone. This vitamin also helps your immune system stay strong.

Vitamin B7 - Helps support a healthy nervous system and adrenal function. Also important to help make energy from the food you eat.

Vitamin B9 - Vital for brain development and mental and emotional health. Also plays a role in making DNA and RNA.

Vitamin C - acts as an antioxidant and is important for immune function as well as keeping your skin healthy and youthful as it is component of collagen.

Vitamin Zinc - Needed for a strong immune system. Also needed to help make protein and DNA
